About Borderless
Borderless is private credit infrastructure. It opens specialist private credit to investors, and gives originators a better way to fund it.
What we do
Private credit has two sides that rarely see the same information. A lender knows its own book loan by loan. The capital funding that book usually sees a summary, a month late, in a spreadsheet somebody rebuilt by hand.
Borderless puts both sides on one record. Originators draw a facility secured against the loans they originate. Investors take a position against those same receivables, recorded as they are drawn and visible at loan level. Neither side is reading a reconstruction of the other’s data, because there is only one set of it. That is what we mean by the layer origination and capital settle on.
Who it is for
- Originators. Emerging and growing lenders who need a facility secured against their loan book, or who want to refinance an existing warehouse, without building a treasury function to run it. Sizes and the enquiry route are on the originators page.
- Investors. Wholesale clients seeking exposure to specialist private credit with loan-level visibility rather than a quarterly summary. What that looks like is on the investors page, and the first fund is described in full on the Australian R&D Credit Fund page.
Where things stand
Borderless is pre-launch. The products described on this site are in development and their features are indicative. No investor accounts are open: the investor sign-in screen exists, but nothing is published behind it, and access opens with the first fund rather than on a date we have announced.
Everything we are willing to state publicly is on this site and requires no account to read. If a figure matters to you, take it from the page that owns it: fund terms live on the fund page and nowhere else.
