The loan is written here, not reported here.
The originator writes the loan in the platform, whether that is an invoice, a piece of equipment or a bridging facility. It is created, settled and repaid in one place, so the loan tape is a live read of the reconciled book.
- 01
Originated in the platform
Borrower, limit, rate, security and eligibility all originate in the system.
- 02
One record, four readers
Lender, trustee, servicer and investor all read the same row.
- 03
The history stays put
A refinance changes the capital behind a book. The record underneath it carries on.
The platform · simulated data

Cash moves when a loan does.
Capital settles against assets that already exist. Up to 40% comes off an originator’s effective cost of capital, and the saving comes out of idle cash rather than anyone’s margin.
- 01
Idle capital
The asset exists before the cash moves, so every dollar settles against a loan that already exists.
- 02
Manual operation
Eligibility, covenants and reporting are encoded once and run themselves.
- 03
The uncertainty premium
A position that is visible all the way down gets priced on what is actually there.
Illustrative · not a quoted rate
The book reports itself.
Everyone on the platform is reading today’s book.
- 01
It moves as the book moves
Borrowing base, concentration limits and arrears are current at every hour of the day.
- 02
Always enforced
Eligibility and covenants are tested on every movement of the book.
- 03
Exceptions reach us
The system runs the rules. We take the calls that need judgement.
The platform · simulated data

Every loan in the pool. None of the borrowers.
An investor reads the pool loan by loan, and the borrowers stay private.
- 01
Every facility, every day
Status, days past due, arrears staging and industry, across the whole pool.
- 02
A late loan and a restructured one read differently
Whether a facility is on its original terms or revised ones is stated outright.
- 03
The same view, at the same time
An investor reads the position the manager reads, when the manager reads it.

Identifying details stay in the originator’s system. We only ever receive a code.
- Company name
- Company ID
- Address
- Contact details
- Exact amount
Each borrower carries a code scoped to the fund, so an investor can still see when two facilities belong to one obligor, which is what a concentration check needs. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles; the privacy policy sets out what we collect and why.
